Leadership ...

Jeffrey Gitomer is one of the smartest people I know!

He has written a series of books on Getting Your Way, the Yes! Attitude, the little black book of Connections, Sales Answers, and Selling.

I just picked up his latest book on Leadership as he always has some great thoughts ...

Crisis is the Best Time to Effect Change.

Change is in the air. You can feel it like a crisp fall day. You can almost smell it.

THE QUESTION IS: How will you react to that change?

THE BIGGER QUESTION IS:
Do you understand that change is opportunity?

THE BIGGEST QUESTION IS:
How will you take advantage of that opportunity?

We are in a crisis. Some will define it in other words, like recession or downturn, but the actions we as a people and a [church] take over the next few weeks will shape our [fellowship] for years to come. Some people are "waiting to see what happens." Big mistake. There are three kinds of people — people who make things happen, people who watch things happen, and people who don't know what's happening. Which kind are you?

You can't change things in THE world, but you can change things in YOUR world!
—————
I inserted CHURCH and FELLOWSHIP in place of WORLD and GOVERNMENT but you get the big picture.
