Whatever happened to "Merry Christmas?" In just a few hours of television this past week, I heard (and noted) the following from commercials and even live broadcasts ...

1. Have a Gucci Christmas
2. Have a Merry Verizon Christmas
3. Have a Happy Dodge Holiday

Do you get the idea? Whatever happened to a simple, little, "Have a Merry Christmas?"

Now I'm not going to go all crazy here, but I get so tired of the commercialization of the birth of Jesus Christ and it is all about everything BUT the birth of Christ.

I'm just sayin' ... when you see me, please ... please wish me a Very Merry Christmas!
