The Church in the Park and Cornerstone Baptist Church pulled together a small Christmas party for four families tonight. They are families that are struggling and the kids would have no presents on Christmas if there weren't others who would help out.

Between the Church in the Park and Cornerstone (Thanks Debbie R., and Joe and Alvina W.), gifts were purchased for all the children; both clothing that is practical and toys that are fun!

This is just one of many photos taken during the hour-long party. There were cookies and punch, and a whole lot of fun. The group sang Silent Night, Jingle Bells, and Frosty the Snowman.

I have put together a powerpoint that we'll run Sunday morning so that you can see the joy on these kid's faces.
