Alright ... the fire's out ... the coathanger hook is still in the pot, and the turkey is happily bubbling and boiling away. It is a 20 pound turkey and the cookbook says to cook it 3 1/2 minutes per pound. So, it's still going to take an hour and fifteen minutes to cook.

Wonder how it's going to turn out?
