What a declaration of the fellowship of the Spirit of God today!

I am humbled, Cornerstone, by your open arms and unanimous acceptance in calling me as your Pastor. You did not enter into this search lightly and I did not accept it in that manner, either. There was much prayer on both sides, seeking God's face as to who would lead this congregation. There were opportunities to get sidetracked and derailed but you didn't.

Everything was done decently and with due diligence and now here we are.

We are starting a new chapter in the life of this great church. We can think of and remember her past but we must focus on the present and the future. God stands ready to help us if we will seek His face, counsel and wisdom.

May God richly bless us in these days to come.
