Sermon Series on Ruth Starts this Sunday

The Book of Ruth, in the Old Testament, is just four short chapters and can be read in a casual sitting in 25 minutes or less. Your assignment for this week is to read Ruth every day; get the feel of this little book.  You will want to become familiar with the different people in the book, such as Ruth, Naomi, and Boaz.

You will be ready, then, for the start of my new sermon series on the book. I will preach one chapter each Sunday morning for four weeks. This promises to be a blessing for all who attend.

While you are at it, let's start inviting a friend to come along with us. This could be a next door neighbor, a co-worker, or a family member. Maybe you know someone who used to attend Cornerstone BC but doesn't anymore. This would be a great time to reintroduce them to the fellowship that we have.
